Our story
VKA Contracts is a team of experienced construction professionals delivering residential and commercial projects across London.
With experience managing works from early-stage delivery through to completion, we have worked across a wide range of project sizes and complexities. Our background includes bespoke garden structures through to large-scale residential and commercial developments with major contractors.
We bring specialist experience in roofing and cladding, alongside wider external works packages, including balcony and decking scopes. Across all projects, we take a practical, detail-focused approach, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and programme control.
